Terms of Use
Last updated 1 September 2026
These terms govern your use of Zeron, a self-serve tool for running delta neutral trading loops on perpetual futures venues. Zeron is operated by Zeron Labs, and “we” and “us” below mean Zeron Labs throughout. By connecting a wallet or activating a trading key you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
1. What Zeron is
Zeron places orders on perpetual futures exchanges on your behalf, using credentials you create and authorise. It opens matched positions of opposite direction across two venues so that the combined position carries no directional exposure, holds them, then closes both. The purpose is to generate trading volume and pay exchange fees against your own account.
Zeron is software. Zeron Labs is not a broker, exchange, custodian, fund, or investment adviser, and does not act as your agent in any capacity beyond placing the orders you configure the software to place. At no point does Zeron Labs hold, receive, or have the ability to withdraw your funds: the credentials you create are scoped to trading on your own accounts, and withdrawal is not among the things they can do.
2. Custody
Zeron never holds, receives, or has the ability to withdraw your funds. Assets remain at all times in accounts you control at the venues you connect. The trading credentials you create are scoped by the venue to trading only, and Zeron stores them encrypted so it can place orders while the tab is closed.
You are responsible for the credentials you issue and for revoking them at the venue if you stop using the service. Removing a key from Zeron deletes our copy; it does not revoke the key at the exchange.
3. Risk
Delta neutral means the two positions offset each other in price terms. It does not mean risk free. In particular, and without limitation:
- Each trade is a leveraged position and can be liquidated on its own if the venue moves against it faster than the stop protecting it, if a stop fails to place, or if margin is withdrawn or consumed by other activity on the same account.
- A venue can halt trading, delist a market, change its fee schedule, change its API, go offline, or fail. Any of these can leave a position open on one side.
- Incentive, points, or rewards programmes are run by the venues and not by Zeron. They can be changed, withheld, clawed back, or ended at any time, and a venue may void an allocation for any reason it chooses, including automated activity.
- Fees are charged by the venues against your account. The loop pays fees by design. Volume is the product; profit is not promised and is not implied.
You use Zeron at your own risk and with capital you can afford to lose in full.
4. No advice
Nothing in the app, the documentation, the figures it projects, or any communication from us is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to trade any instrument or use any venue. Projections and estimates are arithmetic applied to inputs you chose and to fee rates published by third parties. They are not forecasts and they are not guarantees.
5. Eligibility and compliance
You represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction, that you are permitted to use the venues you connect, and that your use of Zeron complies with the laws that apply to you and with the terms of every venue you trade on. Some venues restrict access by jurisdiction and some restrict automated trading. Checking that is your responsibility, not ours.
You must not use Zeron to manipulate a market, to misrepresent activity to a third party, or for any purpose that is unlawful where you are.
6. Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans raise the weekly volume the app will trade on your behalf and unlock settings described on the pricing page. Payment is made in stablecoin to the address the app displays and covers a fixed period from the date it is received.
On chain payments are final. We cannot reverse a transfer. If a payment is sent and the plan is not applied, write to Zeron Labs on X at @zeronfi with the transaction hash and we will resolve it. That is the only contact route, and the legal notice says so too. What you are paying for is access to the software, not exchange fees, which are always charged separately by the venues against your own account.
7. Availability
The service is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, that a scheduled loop will run, that an order will fill, or that a position will close at any particular price. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading loss, liquidation, missed or voided incentive allocation, loss of profit, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damage arising from your use of Zeron, whether or not we were advised of the possibility.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Intellectual property
The software, the interface, and the written material in it remain ours. You are granted a personal, non transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose while these terms are in force.
10. Changes and termination
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page, and continuing to use the service after that date is acceptance of the revised terms. You may stop using Zeron at any time by disabling the autopilot and removing your keys.
11. Complaints
Raise anything that has gone wrong with Zeron Labs first, on X at @zeronfi, with your wallet address and, where the complaint is about a payment, the transaction hash. Most of what goes wrong here is a plan that did not apply or a position the software left open, and both are quicker to fix than to argue about.
12. Governing law
Nothing in these terms removes a protection that the mandatory law of the country you live in gives you, and nothing in them is intended to. Where that law gives you the right to bring a claim before your own local courts, these terms do not ask you to give it up.
This clause used to point at the operator’s place of establishment as stated in the legal notice. That notice does not state one, so this clause no longer claims one either: naming a jurisdiction the companion document cannot support would be a term you could not check.
