Legal Notice
Last updated 1 September 2026
This notice identifies the publisher of Zeron and explains how the site handles the limited data it holds. It sits alongside the terms of use, which govern the service itself.
Publisher
Zeron is published and operated by Zeron Labs. Throughout this notice and the terms of use, “Zeron Labs”, “Zeron”, “we” and “us” all mean the same operator.
Zeron Labs operates the software and the site. It does not hold client funds, does not take custody of any asset at any point, and is not a party to the trades the software places on the exchanges you connect. Those trades are yours, executed on your own accounts with credentials you create.
Contact
Zeron Labs is reachable on X, at @zeronfi. That is the only contact route, and it is the right one for anything about a payment, a plan, or a position the app left open.
There is no support email address and no telephone number. Nobody from Zeron Labs will ever contact you by email, by telephone, or by direct message asking for a seed phrase, a private key, an API secret, or a transfer of funds. Treat any message that does as an attempt to steal from you, whatever name it arrives under.
When you write, include your wallet address, and for anything about a payment, the transaction hash. Those two are enough to find the account without any other identifying detail, which is the point.
Data we hold
An account on Zeron is a wallet address and nothing else. There is no name, no email address, no telephone number and no password, because none is asked for. Signing in is a signature, not a transaction, and it moves nothing.
Against that address we store:
- the trading credentials you activate, encrypted at rest, so loops can run while the tab is closed;
- your settings: the weekly volume, the perps you picked, and what the bot may trade;
- a record of each loop the engine ran, which is what the dashboard and the daily recap read back;
- a record of any subscription payment, so the plan can be applied.
Balances, positions and fills are read live from the exchanges when you open the app. They are not warehoused here.
Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared with anyone for advertising or profiling. The exchanges you connect necessarily see the orders placed on your accounts, because those orders are placed on their systems under your own credentials.
Cookies
One cookie, holding the session created when you sign in with your wallet. It exists so the app knows which account is asking, and it expires on its own after a week. There is no advertising, no analytics, and no third party tracking on this site.
A small number of preferences (light or dark, which panels you have dismissed) are kept in your browser’s own storage. They never leave the device and are not readable by us.
Deletion
Removing a perp in the app deletes the stored credentials for it immediately. To have the account and everything recorded against it deleted, ask on X from an account you control and we will confirm how to prove ownership of the wallet, which, since a wallet address is the whole of the account, is a signature and nothing more.
Deleting the Zeron account does not revoke the keys you created at the exchanges. Only the exchanges can do that, and you should revoke them there as well.
Third parties
Zeron Labs is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for any of the exchanges the software connects to. Their names and marks belong to them and are used only to identify the venue you are trading on. Fee rates shown in the app are taken from their public documentation and interfaces and can change without notice.
